Painting with oil, Carmen Uribe captures the beauty of everyday scenes, and also has a soft spot for painting animals that exhibit personality.  Originally from Mexico City, she has been an Arlingtonian for five years.  Carmen loves to recreate some of the color and vibrancy of life in her native Mexico.
