No refunds are given for dismissed students. We reserve the right to substitute an appropriate instructor or alternate location when necessary.
Please use good judgment when registering for classes, as The Academy cannot be held accountable for adverse reactions that may arise in some individuals even though all reasonable safety precautions will be practiced. You may contact the instructor prior to registration.
The Academy is not liable for personal injury or loss of property of students enrolled in the school.
Class refunds are given, less $20, only if we are advised one business day before the course begins (see class schedule). Workshop refunds are given, less $20, only if we are advised one week before the workshop starts.
If you don’t qualify for a refund, you may obtain a note of acknowledgment from The Academy Director to enable you to claim your unused tuition as a tax-deductible contribution.
