Lisa Deitch

I received art and art history training at the University of Michigan (B.A.), Wayne State University and the Center for Creative Studies. My works have been exhibited at several museums. I have been a resident of Arlington for over two decades.   

I am inspired by nature and my paintings use expressive brushstrokes, intense colors and the impasto technique to convey natural wonders. Over the past several years, I have been hiking at and painting parks in the area, including Bon Air park in Arlington, Great Falls, and First Landing in Virginia Beach.
